indian man saying he was from the criminal investigation dept. said there was alligation against my name and social sec. # and to call him back or have my attorny call him and if I didn't than not to blame them! couldn't really understand all of it.

Harassing phone calls

This caller said I owed money to them for a payday loan that was untrue. I do not have any payday loans and they tried to scare me into paying them money by using my checking account. They did not speak English and they are not a legitimate company. They need to be stopped and prosecuted for their tatics!

It was a woman from Dell, calling to remind me that I had not returned my defective laptop after they sent me a replacement. She is right, and if Dell would email or sent the return shipping label, I'd happily return it. Unfortunately, I've called several times and they insist they will both send and email one, and they never do.

Calls me every day, sometimes 2 and 3 times. war dialing mostly. When I finally talked to an agnet they hung up when I asked for a supervisor.

Didn't answer after picking up. Then calls back with same response, over and over again

This person tells me they have 3 allegations that I need to answer to and I need to call them immediately or they're going to attach my drivers license and social security. I don't even know what it's about.

They call and leave no message other than calling and saying they are going to call back with a message from caller. They don't leave a message and you can't find out anything on them.
